Scottish Wrestling is seeking a strategic leader to join the British Wrestling Board as our Home Nations Director. This is a unique opportunity to represent Scottish clubs and members at the highest level while driving our ambitious 2025–2030 strategy, Unleashing Potential.
The Role
You will provide a vital link between Scottish Wrestling and the British Wrestling Association. As a Director, you will help set the strategic vision, ensure robust governance, and champion the growth of the sport across the UK.
We Are Looking For
Local Expertise:
Knowledge of wrestling in Scotland (Grassroots, Performance, or Administration).
Strategic Vision:
Experience in leadership at an executive or non-executive level.
Passion:
A commitment to our values: Community, Resilience, Inclusivity, Bravery, and Integrity.
Key Details
Commitment: Approx. 1 day per month.
Term: 4 years.
Remuneration: Volunteer role (expenses covered).
