The programme focuses not only on the physical aspects of wrestling but also on developing respect, mental discipline, focus, and resilience.
Currently operating in two locations, the club is set to expand further in 2025, broadening its reach and impact.
In addition to the youth programmes, Glasgow Wrestling Club runs multiple senior classes each week, designed to enhance both technical skills and the strategic understanding of the sport.
